A bittersweet visit as this was Tom’s final day before retirement. He will be missed. This was my 50,000 mile check which I was anxious to get as in about two weeks I’ll be driving about 80 miles daily for three weeks of cancer treatment and I’d like to have one less thing to worry about. My car drives like a new car and I couldn’t be more pleased. Thank you for everything over the years Tom.

Amount of professionalism has decreased at the dealership - Not providing safety concerns that the technician reported to the customer. Incorrect label for next oil change being placed on vehicle windshield.
